Exactly,
If I had known how hard it is to collect AFTER the courts award judgments I would have not done several deals. I am amazed at how easy it is to just move on and not pay for contracted work.
I also have a new respect for the few legitimate companies out there. I am also more aware of just how much an employee costs before there is any profit.
My summary is that you have to look before you leap. Any company with no history is probably just a crook with paperwork.
