The Blinkling yellow envelope that signals that I have a private message in my inbox keeps flashing off and on. I have read all of my personal messages except one that will not open. I have tried more than once to do so. It has no title just a question mark next to it. I have logged off and back on and it just keeps Flashing and Blinking and Blinking and Flashing.... It is about to drive me Loco! Can you help me out?
