Like I said; You are in a good place to learn and progress. Ask the more advanced techs questions; Get their numbers call them. Find a couple that are easy going and they will teach you. The very first time I had to go to a HE and replace a receiver many years ago, I didn't have a freakin' clue; But my tech ops manager answered his phone and talked me through every part of swapping it out and setting it up. Until I gained more experience, you wouldn't believe how many times a more experieneced tech talked me through a situation over the phone, and back in those days there wasn't cell phones; Run to the pay phone and then run back to the problem area. Many long nights. Be patient.
