ACT has been around for a good while..not a fly by night company..I saw them down in Fla. a few years back and talked to a few of their techs..seemed professional, good equipment (Trucks) new...well equipped..pay rate I don't know..I know they employ a lot of people, so I would guess they are treated ok and pay is ok..better check it out first though.
