I think it's pathetic that we supply the operating capital and then have to wait for 1/2 if we are lucky to get anything at all.

It's been happening for years. We provide the skills, vehicle, tools, phones, insurances, gas, time, and other incidentals, and then hope we get what we bill for 30+ days out.
