If it's true...then WTF man?
What he stated is far from how a biz should be run!!!!
As I see it if they can't speak our national language than they shouldn't be there! And the company that hired them must be on crack (far from efficient, and unsafe if ya can't communicate effectively).
Proper tools and proper knowledge is paramount!
