Not true. We had war during Clinton's terms. Remember Kosovo? It was executed all by air and no U.S. servicemen were killed, but it was war. He also attacked Iraq in response to Saddam screwing with the inspectors. And he sent cruise missiles into Pakistan and Sudan against Al Qaida. You can argue Clinton was smarter with the use military but it was still active.
On the economy, Clinton did a lot but he also supported NAFTA to the extent it was enacted during his term.
Democrats are doing to Clinton now what Republicans have done to Reagan. Both were decent Presidents but neither were even above average in most respects.
