Re: Transition Time

Ya buy 'em books and send 'em to school, and all they wanna do is blame the talking head! Not to downplay the effects of the alleged Iraqui 'police action'...OR the housing debacle, but much of the fuel-related price swing and subsequent drag on the economy was purely a ploy by speculators for personal gratification and gain before the wild-wild-west went away. Now those alleged 'investors' have their cushion to ride out the next few years until that kind of 'freedom' can be orchestrated into existence again. OPEC and their cronies are already starting to squeeze the cojones to get their incomes back up!
If you need 'proof', check out the quiet little news stories about AIG...Begging for a multi-billion dollar bail-out while their middle-to-upper management heads are found in a resort in Arizona having a company sponsored and paid 'meeting/vacation'...and demanding the hotel NOT make any reference to their company!
