How do you keep snow off 9' dishes?

Any recomendation of technology of methods to keep snow off dishes?

We have 6 9' dishes that are all at between 45-60 degree angle and are not easy to get to so we need to create a method or systems to keep as much snow as possible off the dishes this winter.

Wax, silicone spray, heaters, .. are just some of the ideas we have been tossing around but others may have solved this issue.

Please send you ideas or history with this issue.

Thanks everyone,
