Been ther, Was distribution agent for several large Prime Contractors,it's not just the small guy's sometimes the big one's are worse.They usually keep ads in news papers for help, they have to.They hire a new guy and send him out 1 day with ther so called lead tech who has stuck with them for a few years,who they let thumb thru the work order's and usually picks out the easy **** for his self,then they tell the new guy he's ready to go the next day and hand him a stack of full blown Installs,for wich he or she has no clue of how to do properly.They do this time and time again.Hence your comment on management!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
