Another thing you might want to do if you take them to court is take QC type pictures of all the jobs they did not pay. They may come into the court room and try to say u were a hack and they had to fix all your work. Most of these companies out here are crooks and they think once you leave u will never come back so why pay you. Its a shame this can happen so easily. I think every installer on here has gotten burned atleast once.
If you do get a judgement against them, an easy way of collecting is going through a collection agency.
