There are a bunch of cheap weekly hotels on Grand Island. You can stay at a place for like $120/week...not the Hilton, but it is close to the I290/I190. There are also a bunch of cheep places on Niagara Falls Blvd just north of Sheridan Drive to the Niagara County line.
