To many if's ,and's, or butt's , in this scenerio. Was he Just a "driver"? Who was riding 'Shotgun' and why didn't he notice ? You could put the blame in a few places I bet but the bottom line is it's done already. Is he Worth keeping or what? Its the Owners decision for my 2 cents.... Maybe?
