Well think hard and remember you will have everything riding on your decision. 
You will need reliable employees,trucks, a deep pocket for fuel, 
state and city license's, liability insurance, worker comp. (very high i pay $11000 per yr for 3 employees), $2000 ea for meters, $500 ea for ladders, contractors license, wage bond's my be required, broadform insurance, and the ability to pay your guys for 6 weeks until the check's start coming.
