No my thing was telling somebody that if they hire somebody they should be responsible for paying them and not look for outs.
Things don't work out ? ya pay the person up to date and give them walking papers. Not screw them because the prime didn't do due diligence with background checks prior to putting somebody in the field because bodies were needed right away.
