Hopefully the employees will win, and a binding precedent that will be enforceable under the doctrine of "stare decisis" will become the standard and the domino effect will begin all over cable land.
I hope they find the cable companies culpable as well in all of this.
Instead of filing SS-8's against the prime maybe ya'll should file them against the Cable companies as well. Wouldn't that be a hoot.
