        Same thing was talked about during the 70's. Google "Brown's Gas" and you'll get a ton of info. The jist is, it's changing the water molecules (H2O) into gas molecules (HHO) which are then burned to form H20 again. It's been a long time since Chemistry but I remember a bit about entropy, energy being finite, etc. It takes at least as much energy to separate the molecules as will be gained in their re-combination.
