tyrap the top rung of a ladder to the gutter downspout, so when you get hop onto the roof the ladder doesn't slide off the house from the wind, rake the siding, and you have to wait 1/2 hr before someone strong enough walks by to lift your ladder up for you. Yeah, I checked, the window was locked and I couldn't jig it.
