Voltage Drop

At the end of a series of 6 550mhz trunk amps I am seeing almost 20 volts in drop only when the last amp is turned on.

With it off I get 52V in but with the amp on it drops to 32V. The amp has a bridger and return in it and I have swapped out everything once in the amp with no avail.

The trunk line had a lightning strike at one time. The line also has 3 splices in it which I have not checked out.

Any ideas where the draw is coming from and how best to track it down.
