That is very irresponsible and this guy needs to be retrain him before this gets ugly. He may just not know.

I fired a guy for that crap. In Pittsburg Comcast had a major problem with a tech doing that. That is very irresponsible and this guy needs to be retrain him before this gets ugly. He may just not know.
