Off the top of my head, I can think of 2 ways of doing it...
1) If your HDTV has 2 coax inputs, run one to one and one to the other, and just switch inputs whenever you want to change between feeds.
2) Use an AB switch.
But if you're wondering if you can have 2 feeds on the same input then the answer is no.
