Yes one of Clinton's babies.. But read the entire bill carefully and see that it's open to different rules from state to state and that exceptions can be made to continue benefits past the 5 year cut off period as well as supplemental benefits such as medicaid, foodstamps, child care, etc.
Just more smoke and mirrors from the boys on capital ( I spelled it that way on purpose) hill.
