Let me guess, you are trying to get a contract - or already have one, have no idea what you're doing, no idea what is involved with splicing, and want to see how much it will cost you to bring someone in to do the work, then, regardless of how much you're going to make, seriously lowball them and say, "Hey, that's what people are paying right now."
You have to take so much more into consideration...get a clue, then ask us again.
