Pay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Still looking for more info on how to get payscales for different contractors. Why is it so hard to find out what contractors Time Warner, Charter, Comcast and InTouch uses in certain areas? I locate in Houston and try to obtain all the information I can on each to determine who to multi sub through and limit the risk of collaborating with to small and unstable company. Please Help come to the aid of an individual who is trying to bring back pride and trustworthiness to the cable industry.
