I always wondered if a black list exists. Besides, good work is easy to sell.
For myself, I am tired of "working for free." One of the things DTV and DISH give up when they choose to isolate themselves from liability by using contractors is control of the ethics of their HSP & MSP subs.
Can you suggest ways of getting paid? DTV has an installer relations office but will not speak to subcontractors. You can only sue the next level up. Collecting on a judgment is another way of giving away time and money.
