there going to keep doing what they are doing right now, and they arent going to ugrade their system anymore then what they already are, Comcast i know, just spent millions of dollars upgrading to %100 digital, the only thing left would be to bring fttp....also, its At&t who has fttp where u live at, its not them here, its Verizon here in MD who has fttp, and in other areas of the country its Bellsouth.
