Hurricane Season 2007 are you ready , just a word to all the primes out their trying to get hens teeth , I meen , splicers , linedogs , crews , suddenly there is a shortage of us . My insight to you is raise your prices as high as you can afford , thats what it takes to get a few good men. If a hurricane hits .What will you do if everyone bails on you and goes to the hurricane ???????? I hope your contract has a natural disaster clause so they will allow extra time to meet your deadline. The storms are coming this year , mark my words , everything is just right for their creation , every thing is just the opposite of last year , no upper level shear , no sterring currents , triple digit heat predicted for this year sounds like a storm in the makeing , higher sea surfaces tempts need I go on , I think you get the picture . I think with the triple digit heat it will produce one off the scale this year . I've got a friend who is the captain of a Tug that pushes Giant fuel barges up and down the ocean . He was in the shop last Saterday and got a new tire on his Harley and he said he's already been through the perfect storm out there , it was the first time I've seen Bill Vanhorn in 32 yrs . I got him through his second year in Biology in high school as he failed the first because he was a hippy in 72 , I told him I was dam proud of what he became , he said thanks its all what you put you mind to Bro. Then I ask him what he thought this years hurricane season will bring (because he's a bigtime experenced seaman with 28 yrs. in ) and he answered it ain't gone to be good . Thanks for reading
