well now the ball is in ur court, if u have bounced checks u can get up to 3 times the amount depending on what state ur in. all u have to do is call the cops and report it as theft of services. they will make a report and turn it over tto the detectives , arrest the guy give u a court date, and order him through the probation dept to pay monthly. total turn around.....1 1/2 months. i have done it three times.......good luck and dont forget to send me my share
