If your new to installs, you should hire the best foreman you can find for a start. Quality control has to be set from the start. PAY--?. How are you going to be paid?? . Pay your man or crew a % of everything you make. Break it down item by item. 30% if your greedy, 40% if your not. Oh and by the way, get out there and learn!
