I've known Joe for many years. Your right he is a pretty decent guy. Last I heard, he sold his place there outside of Boone, NC and moved to Tennessee. His dad passed on and he and John got the 100 acres. Not sure if he built a new place, or is on the family farm. If you scare him up, tell him I said hello and PM me a contact number. Last we worked together was Kannapolis, NC. Lost contact with him around 2000.
