But, it's not as simple as just hooking up to a modem and going.
Computer issues and customer issues & training are all part of it.
I have seen those 2 hour installs and I'm personally not impressed.
Not to say there isn't some 2 hr installs that can be done occasionally.
I tell my cx's to be available for 4 hours and it can take 5 if I do a wireless network system.
Then again, I do have a 100 % no call back rate other than equipment issues!
