Thanks, as always you are well informed.
I wish I could do more. My focus becomes narrow minded when I am denied employment because I am not bilingual. I wonder what two do I need to speak? I have been taught English by my government. I was told I would need it to get a good job. Much like learning to read or do math. Then I grow up only to find out that the language of the work place is Hispanic. I feel discriminated against.
