Who exactly was Ralph Warren Lacey , I'm asking the College and Channel 9 ( news) for help on this one . Ducks kinda in awe of all of the artifacts I now possess . Including a book from the Library of Congress , its the most unbelievable collection . I 'll bet a Documentary will be written from this . The scrapbook I found was Just the tip of an Iceberg . I Know he and his Brother Harry G . Lacey . were both famous engineers that helped to build this country. I have a newspaper clipping from 1951 where Harry G. transferred from Vandergrift to safety supervisor for Irvin IronWorks of United States Steel . He later became President of Osha. His Brother , Ralph Warren Lacey was Vice President of GE Tool and Die as well as Vice President of DiJet Inc an American Japanese Company as well as Vice President of KYSOR , all unbelievably huge Corps . The Keys to So Much History it astonishes me . I'll keep you'all informed on whats happening. Thanks for reading.
