I think I would have to go above their heads on that one . I would contact the Dept.of Labor in Washington D.C. . Secondly if this is now written in Stone let me Know. I'll Draft a new bill and present it to whom ever it takes to be heard . This is BS , if you work for it , dammit , you need to get paid.
