CUI out Birmingham had this issue 2 years ago and had to pay out about 300g's and now they have employees sign a time sheet with false time on it. I has told that they could not work over 40 even if they worked 6 days time would reflect 40hrs . I wonder how many laws they are breaking. The work orders will show these guys are working at least 11 hrs a day . They do this in all there systems. Have seen it !!!
