yes they do deal with some serious easement out here but at the same time it is no worse than the dawgs have it on the east coast either but if you really want to see some easement friend leave the states for a while and try columbia brazil or peru........you will find that you aint seen nothin yet i have worked on both coast and oer seas all the rural city running is bad for one big city is just like another...........up hill is uphill and down is down but when you leave the states there uis no OSHA and no such thing as a power violation
