I agree its annoying to hear someone talk,and usally they don't care who hears them or how loud they are, its like they saying " hey look at me I'm important". Same with at work theres a time and place for everything, If I'm working on a line crew I want the crew with me to pay full attention to whats going on, not talking to there girlfriend or creditor or whomever. Fine if your sweeping by your self, thats a differant story, I know myself,if its important they'll leave a message.
