Watch Texas

Watching TV out of Dallas and they were talking about Texas' way of collecting tolls on tollway 121 North of dallas ,they take a picture of your plate and automatically send you a bill in the mail,here is the stinker.If you are from out of state you can't be billed due to lack of data base.Any of the little towns along the road can write you a ticket for not paying the toll because they know you can't pay. If this is true and does happen heads should roll,I don't like toll roads anyway. Chuck
