Sounds like Bill is either:
1) An owner of Telstar
2) A major stockholder
3) An employee that was put up to writing this response
4) A complete idiot/moron
Based on his response, I'd say it was one of the first three. I haven't seen one person on this site speak well about Telstar so I wouldn't be surprised if he IS associated with them. I remember the time when two of them from the greenville office, one being an owner, called up the company I was working for POSING AS A SUBCONTRACTOR and claiming they wanted to work for us so they could get the rates. I just happened to be in the office with the manager at the time when they called. What a riot!!!!!!!
