The legal immigrants from Viet Nam got special shrimping seasons , no tax diesal, loans from us. In other words US citizens were at the dock watching them going out to shrimp when natural born citizens couldn't ,in boats bought by our govenment,powered by cheap diesal ,not fair. Chuck
