Legal ! That is not the word Illegal now your talkin In any industry if you dont do your Job to specs you are charged back. it comes in the laymans rule of thumb legal if theres a contract illegal more than ever thats why you get unionized and let the reps take care of legal and Illegal and you just do the job the right way Have a greeat DAY .
