Aren't they already operating there? I've heard they have been working in that system for quite awhile now....at least since GFC bailed out last year. Also heard they have a LOT of unhappy technicians, many of which are looking elsewhere or to get out of the system entirely. Verizon is also building out and attacking that area big time which is probably why everyone is looking to jump ship and get out of the cable biz in that system before the bottom falls out. Hope that helps, that's what I've heard.
