I heard a news clip about this and the Geno's guy said that their are rules that stipulate "No shoes, No shirt, No Service if someone isn't able to wear shoes or wear a shirt then they are being discriminated against."
It is about time, "No Shoes, No shirt, NO ENGLISH, No Service!"
