I have been in the industry for many years and all this talk of organizeing a union comes up every few years but the problem is there are alot of guys out there that say they will back a union but when it is time to step up they say well I have got a family to feed I cant loose my job. I have many connections through the various trades ie. Iron Workers, Carpenters, IBEW, and Operators, granted all of these trades are not used in the cable industry but when you form a brotherhood with the union and stand together things will get done. And thats the only way to form a union. Count me in.
