POSITION TITLE: INSTALLER (full time position)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Performs installation duties in a manner consistent with safety regulations defined by company policy.
Performs reconnects, disconnects, grounding, audits, tracing, converter retrievals, delinquent disconnects/collections and VCR installations.
Performs minor trouble shooting including the use of basic test equipment.
Remains in a constant training mode and becomes proficient in all job duties including: primary installation, underground installations, additional outlets, moves, pre-wires, fishes and surveys.
Maintains assigned vehicle including stock, inventory and general upkeep.
Performs such additional duties related to the job as are directed by his/her supervisor.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Knowledge of basic electronics/electricity helpful but not required.
Ability to handle assigned responsibilities without close supervision.
Ability to work at heights of at least 30' and handle a 32’ extension ladder.
Ability to use small hand tools and use monitor test equipment.
Good interpersonal and professional skills and enjoys working with people.
Must maintain a neat and orderly appearance in accordance with company standards.
Must be well motivated and have satisfactory references from past employers
Must have a valid driver’s license
