Greg, the Bar rules don't allow posting multiple messages like that. Relating a personal experience with any company is welcome (preferably in the Unmoderated section) and one may also reply to other posts as you've done here, but don't flood the Bar. I understand your frustration and desire to take action but it's not appropriate to subject thousands of readers to what is really a matter between two parties.
