A good union will train the new guys put it in union contract . also the employer can have less to be concerned about cause the hacks will eliminate themselves the rules will be the norm and the complaints few. so lets stop talking about it and do it . allof you characters who complin about a union probly have not been in a union and voice your opions on folk lure rihgt to work states still have unions and look at these statesunion workers work along side the non union workers and union person smiles if youve been union you know what i mean if not join and youll know why
