Of course not, all materials are purchased with a PO or CC. All subs have signed agreements.Just because were not union doesn't make us monkeys,we've been in biz over 40yrs, idiots cant do that. I was referring to my agreement with my employer.I'm hourly so theres no price sheet. You know many of our best supervisors were able to make enough money to go out on their own and now work for us from time to time.
