OneSource Building Technologies Info

Has anybody had any experience with a company out of Houston TX by the name of OneSource Building Technologies? What I know so far is a lot of the PM's from the former FXI have migrated over to OSBT, and taken a few of the contracts with them. For those who do not know of FXI, they were a very slow paying company and went into chapter 7 on Dec 26th, 2005...out-of-business. Hung us with many thousands of $$$$ owed to us.

My goal is to see if OSBT may have taken on FXI's bad habits along with the PM's.
