Ok man dont mean to be a little hasty, but I have done bout 20 of those dishes.
#1 have a meter (birddog) that will turn off the 22khz
#2 Find The 101
#3 Lock down Bolts for Elevation (Left side only) (DO NOT TIGHTEN RIGHT SIDE)
#4 Loosen the skew and turn off 22khz
#5 rotate skew till 119 is peaked
#6 Lock Skew Bolts down
#7 take a nut driver 1/2 and turn the elevation bolt till you get highest peak.
#8 Take out dither pin (round on back side of dish)
#9 Slide the dish all the way to the right check signal
#10 Slide all the way to the left check signal
#11 take nut driver 1/2 and turn the ditherstop until both sides read the exact signal strenght.
#12 Put back the ditherpin and signal should be same or better than what you started out. IF not Repeat steps 6-12
#13 lock down all bolts (Dont forget the elevation bolt on the right side)
NOTE: Reason for not tightening right side elevation is because IF TIGHTEND down you could break the dish when adjusting the fine tune elevation.
